A driven and ambitious candidate is required for a Branch Manager vacancy in an established, market leading, Wellington Estate Agency with OTE up to £40,000. This would suit either an existing estate agency sales or branch manager or a senior sales negotiator / valuer looking to step up in their career.
A super opportunity has arisen to join a very well established and busy independent firm in the Wellington area as a branch manager. Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team.
Obviously, some property experience as a senior sales negotiator & valuer is essential for this role although management experience is not essential. You will be very target focused and able to deal in all ends of the market with the ability to value, take on and sell whilst continuing to drive business forward with your team. You will need your own car for appointments.
Duties Include:
- Registering new clients and managing the existing database
- Booking appointments for viewings and valuations
- Carrying out viewings and valuations
- Giving vendor feedback
- Sales progression if required although the office has a dedicated sales progressor in house
- Property take ons and brochure production / photographs
- Managing budgets and targets, staff appraisals and training, holding morning meetings and other managerial duties including compliance and managing office systems.
Package in region of £25,000 basic with realistic OTE in region of £35-40,000 to include a generous commission package, mileage and pension. Monday - Friday (one hour for lunch) and Saturday on rota 8.45am to 4pm (one hour for lunch) with time in lieu thus a 5 day week.
