About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Van Technician to join our team in Taunton. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of 39,500 per annum. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of light commercial vehicles (vans).
  • Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct pre-MOT checks and preparation.
  • Complete inspections in line with industry standards, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all work carried out.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Van Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance).
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license (essential).
