About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team in Taunton. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of 39,500 per annum. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including light commercial vans.
- Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct pre-MOT checks and vehicle preparation.
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections in compliance with industry standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar automotive role.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent).
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
