JOB TITLE: Temporary Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: Wells, Somerset

HOURLY RATE: £12.00 P/H

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis for approximately 10 weeks. The ideal candidate will have a good head for figures, an eye for detail, and a good sense of humour.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing administration support to the team
  • Preparation and processing of invoices and payments on Sage and in house software
  • Assisting with direct debit claims
  • Assisting where needed within the business

KEY SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to use your initiative to carry out tasks
  • A team player who supports colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Knowledge of the property business would be an advantage
  • Experience with SAGE is desirable but not essential
