What You Will Do:

- Serve as the Construction Site Manager, ensuring the highest standards of quality on-site.

- Report directly to the Project Manager, maintaining clear and effective communication.

- Oversee the hygienic fit-out of a newly built extension to a packaging line, including M&E, HVAC, kerbing, and flooring.

- Ensure the project complies with all health and safety regulations, including SMSTS and First Aid.

- Manage the project from the start date on 3rd March (with a couple of days the previous week for site familiarization) until early June.

- Work closely with contractors to guarantee the quality of finish, especially in a live production environment.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, ideally within the food/hygienic sector.

- Essential qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and ideally Temporary Works Coordinator.

- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

- A commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
