Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of horticultural activities, including garden maintenance, development, and design opportunities.
  • Manage and lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled horticulturists, providing leadership, training, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Monitor plant pest and disease control, effectively managing potential risks.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

What Youll Need:

  • Proven experience in leading teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A degree in horticulture.
  • A thorough understanding of plant care, landscaping, and modern horticultural methods.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Practical gardening experience with solid plant knowledge.
  • Plant disease identification skills.
  • PA1 and PA6 W certification.
  • A full clean driving licence, as you will be driving a company van.

Additional Advantages:

  • Chainsaw certification.
  • Lawn care experience.
