This long-established and friendly Somerset-based firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join one of its Somerset offices.

For its size, this firm already has some excellent clients, with transactions ranging from £2k to £11 million.

In this role you will enjoy a broad variety of work across a range of client including hotels, nursing homes, shops, caravan parks, pubs etc.

Typical matters:

M&A
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a varied range of agreements and Terms and Conditions
Sales and purchases (both share and assets)
Commercial contracts
Franchises
Joint ventures
Company refinancing
