What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Band 6 RMN supporting patients in crisis within the community. In this role, you will:• Carry out holistic assessments, risk assessments, and manage triage• Provide short-term crisis interventions• Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team• Support acutely unwell patients in their own homes• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:• NMC registration and a valid pin• Community mental health experience, ideally within crisis or home treatment• Full UK driving licence and access to a car• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, conscientious approach
