Community Physiotherapist – East Somerset – Band 6

We are looking for a Physiotherapist in East Somerset with experience with patients who have Neurological conditions! This vacancy is in Community Neuro Rehab Team and the manager is looking for someone for 3-5 days per week. This caseload is 18+ but the majority of patients are over the age of 65 and have had strokes but there are some patients who have Dementia or have had a brain injury.
