Job Description

  • Greeting clients and handling customer inquiries effectively
  • Registering and qualifying new applicants for property sales or purchases
  • Managing applicant database
  • Completing administration tasks associated with property sales including booking appointments
  • Flexible approach to work, assisting with various property sale tasks
  • On a day-to-day basis, dealing with client enquiries both in and out of the office
  • Preparing the weekly advertising in conjunction with the branch manager.
  • Attending contributing to all team/office meetings

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in IT
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential
