Flat rate 15.00/hr with HMRC night out allowance ( usually 2 nights but rarely more). If this became a permeant role then it would become an employment on a salary in line with all our directly employed drivers.

There is no night working, but early starts from 4am depending on the route.

The driver is required to help with unloading and therefore must be physically fit
