Your new roleYour new role as a Capital Delivery Manager will require you to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, mainly on projects ranging from £250k - £5m +.You will manage the design team, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and quality is maintained. This is an initial temporary position for 6 months with a view to going permanent.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed, you will need experience of overseeing capital works projects, experience of CDM and contract administration under JCT and NEC forms.
