Health and Safety Coordinator

Up to circa £21 per hour (depending on experience)

Monday-Friday / 8:30am-5pm

Prince are working in partnership with a company who are one of the UKs leading suppliers in their field. They are looking to bring in some temporary support to their Health and Safety function for an period of approximately 3 months.

As the Health and Safety Coordinator you will be getting involved in:

  • Supporting the H&S Manager in day-to-day activities
  • Reviewing and assisting with risk assessments, method statements and SOPs.
  • Reviewing and writing operational procedures for production and logistics departments
  • Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy
  • Assisting departments in the successful delivery of toolbox talks
  • Conducting site audits and site inspections
  • Providing advice and support to all departments

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified to NEBOSH General Certificate level
  • Previous experience in a Health and Safety / H&S / HSE / QHSE role ideally within a manufacturing / warehouse / industrial environment
  • Must have full driving licence and access to own transport due to company location
