The Opportunity

  • Responsible for Day-to-day HR operations across the Gorup
  • Management of recruitment and onboarding duties
  • Professional and confidential handling of Employee Relations
  • Driving Learning and Development across the Group, inclusive of performance reviews
  • Accurate and timely payroll of employees across the Group
  • Working alongside the SLT to offer support and guidance where appropriate

The Candidate

  • You will be an experienced HR Advisor / Manager, ideally within the Manufacturing industry
  • Experienced within payroll of a high volume of employees
  • You will be values led, with discretion and integrity being two of your key assets
  • You will be comfortable attending the Welshpool office 4 days per week.
