 For the successful Warehouse Administrator, our client is offering

  • Salary £27,250 P/A
  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 07.00 AM to 3.00 PM or 08.30 AM – 5.00 PM. 
  • Permanent position

 The role: Warehouse Administrator:

  • General SAP support to all logistics and Production users
  • Monitor production orders to ensure they are completed correctly and troubleshoot any inconsistencies
  • Manage the TECO transaction and correct any faults
  • Produce SOPs and provide SAP training to shop floor staff
  • Liaise with Shift Managers and Warehouse Managers to investigate stock anomalies.
  • Carry out housekeeping tasks in the Logistics and Production departments
  • Raise tickets to JIRA for any unsolved problems
  • Maintain a high level of communication with various internal departments
  • Raise purchase requisitions for ordering PPE and consumables
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports
  • Any other reasonable management requests

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Administrator:

  • SAP experience is - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience in a similar position within logistics or production  – ESSENTIAL
