Property Management Administrator | Welshpool | Full Time / Part Time (Flexibility offered) | Salary depending on experience

The company owns and lets a wide range of commercial, residential and mixed use properties, many managed by third party agents, located throughout Shropshire and Mid Wales

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Requires good knowledge of property management administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise, organise your workload and meet deadlines

What will your role look like?

  • Reviewing utility supplier contracts and prices
  • Dealing with internal and external queries of varied nature on all property matters
    • Deal with the administration of a wide range of commercial and residential property portfolios, including dealing with but not limited to :
      • Utilities
      • Council Taxes
      • Recharges and service charge costs
      • Property management agents statements – rental income
      • Maintain and develop property registers
      • Expenditure review and recording
      • Cost allocations to respective properties
      • Accounts and VAT
      • Obtaining maintenance quotations and estimates
  • Other Admin tasks as required
