An opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker in the Older People Team North Powys based in the Welshpool area. This role is for up to 5 months with the potential for this to be longer. You will work closely with our friendly team and colleagues across health and social to deliver strengths based positive outcomes for people. Ability to drive around a rural area essential.
