- Maintaining the fixed asset register.
- Monthly prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- VAT returns (monthly and quarterly).
- Payroll processing for weekly employees.
- Sales and purchase ledger processing (as required).
- Assisting in preparing management accounts and bank MI reports.
- Cash book entries, ad-hoc reporting, and reconciling inter-company transactions.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Confidence in their communication skills.
- Prior accounting experience within the construction sector.
- Experience with Coins software (preferred, not essential).
