  • Maintaining the fixed asset register.
  • Monthly prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • VAT returns (monthly and quarterly).
  • Payroll processing for weekly employees.
  • Sales and purchase ledger processing (as required).
  • Assisting in preparing management accounts and bank MI reports.
  • Cash book entries, ad-hoc reporting, and reconciling inter-company transactions.
We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to get involved in every aspect of the accounts function, ensuring deadlines are met while contributing to the success of the wider team.About You:
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Confidence in their communication skills.
  • Prior accounting experience within the construction sector.
  • Experience with Coins software (preferred, not essential).
