My client is seeking a Finance & Administration Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining their financial and administrative operations. Day-to-day of the role:-
Sales Ledger Maintenance:
- Liaise with debtors to chase outstanding invoices.
- Handle the printing and sending of monthly statements.
- Prepare customer spreadsheets for receipt entries.
- Reconcile debtor payments received via various methods.
- Manage miscellaneous income receipts and EPDQ refunds.
- Issue miscellaneous invoices and credit notes as needed.

Purchase Ledger Maintenance:
- Enter and record purchase invoices/credit notes.
- Manage shipping invoices and input data on relevant spreadsheets.
- Check and enter monthly expenses, including mileage records.
- Handle creditor and expense payments via BACS.
- Reconcile payments made to suppliers and manage cashback and voucher code payments.

General Ledger Maintenance:
- Input data and set up new accounts as necessary.
- Manage receipts and online payments for taxes and duties.
- Produce monthly and quarterly back condition credits.

Other Accounts Duties:
- Assist with HMRC inspections and manage creditor disputes.
General Office Duties:
- Manage telephone inquiries and mail.
- Handle pre-load and booking-in of weekly shipments.
- Process sales orders and manage email communications in the absence of coordinators.
- Organise staff events and other administrative tasks as required.
- GCSE or equivalent grade C in Maths and English.
- Minimum Level 2 in AAT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with an ERP system is preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
