Junior Administrator
Are you a good administrator with great communication skills who has at least one years’ experience working within an office-based environment?
Based in Welwyn Garden City this company has had a period of unprecedented growth in both size and monetary turnover. They are now looking for a Contract Administratorss Assistant to provide administration and communication support to the Contract Managers.
Junior Contracts Administrator Role
This is a support role to support the contract Administrators with their admin and provide administration and communication support to the Contracts Team. You will be reporting to the Principal Contract Manager but also liaising with the administration, operations and finance teams to ensure efficient and accurate handling of the enquiry-to-order process enabling effective delivery and invoicing.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for new enquiries and order processing using relevant software database systems (training given)Â
- Assisting with proactive and timely communication with existing and new clientsÂ
- Assisting the Contracts Team with quote generationÂ
- Assisting the Contracts Team with quotation process managementÂ
- Assisting the Contracts Team with contract renewals and reviewing new order/renewalsÂ
- Assisting with the management of the dedicated contract support mail boxÂ
- Checking quote status with clientsÂ
- Chasing contract & non-contract purchase ordersÂ
- Assisting in the provision to the Finance Team of appropriate information to enable accurate and timely purchase order and invoice generation.Â
- Assisting in the provision to the Operations Team of relevant information to deliver an optimum service efficiently and accurately.Â
- Other administration duties as required to aid service delivery, quality review and output, and financial mattersÂ
Contracts Administrator Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Â
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â
- Proficient in MS Office andÂ
- Knowledge of CRM software advantageous, although not essential as training will be givenÂ
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â
