Exciting Opportunity in the Holiday and Tour Industry! Job Title: Administration Support OfficerLocation: Welwyn Garden City - hybrid role, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: Up to £24,000 dependent on experience

We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to join our dynamic client in the holiday and tour industry. This is your chance to combine your love of walking and the outdoors with a rewarding career supporting unforgettable travel experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Administrator, you'll be a vital part of the team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and managing the annual insurance policy to ensure all individuals are covered for their trips, liaising with insurance broker for updates and amendments.
  • Managing and maintaining funding cards for travellers, including ordering replacements for lost or stolen cards.
  • Handling payments in multiple currencies.
  • Processing Expense Claim forms in Microsoft, addressing queries, reconciling claims with transactions and ensuring prompt reimbursements.
  • Assisting with the maintenance and accuracy of individual traveller information.
  • Coordinating with First Aid suppliers to ensure team members have up-to-date qualifications and access to relevant courses.

Skills & QualificationsWe're looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and communicative: Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Organised and detail-oriented: Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Financially savvy: Experience with expense claims, invoices and credit notes is beneficial.
  • Outdoor enthusiast: A keen interest in walking, basic map-reading skills and a willingness to learn digital mapping tools.
