We are recruiting for a temporary Administrator for a lovely company based in Welwyn Garden City.
This is an full-time office based role: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
To start immediately and the position will be for 1 to 2 months.
The role will be supporting the team with administrative duties:
Duties include:
- Checking documents and emailing suppliers
- Reviewing information and contacting clients for missing information
- Checking the email in-box and responding to inquiries.
- Dispatching confirmation letters to clients.
- Answering incoming calls when the receptionist is not available.
- Collating missing data on clients.
- Emailing out vouchers to clients.
- Working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Skills Required:
- Good Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to communicate well.
- Exceptional eye for detail.
- Strong administration skills.
