Based in Welwyn Garden City this company has had a period of unprecedented growth in both size and monetary turnover. They are now looking for a Junior Administrator to provide administration and communication support to the Operations team. Full training will be given.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic candidate looking for their first step into an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with client enquiries via telephone and email and logging them on the system
  • Assisting in the management of the enquiries mailbox, forwarding emails to the Management, Technical, Operations and Contract Support Teams
  • Downloading and saving of service reports to SharePoint folders
  • Assisting with the generation of certificates of analysis, which includes data entry
  • Issuing reports and certificates to clients via email
  • Uploading of compliance documents to client portals
  • Updating the database (s) with site/client specific information and changes thereof.
  • Issuing of insurance & accreditation certificates i.e. Combined Insurances, LCA & SafeContractor (as required) by email
  • Other administration duties that may be required

Key Requirements:

  • Good communication skills - phone and email
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
