Madisons Recruitment are looking for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis located in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
Our client is open to part-time OR full-time hours, flexible as to what hours as well.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee administrative tasks to support construction projects.
- Assist in the communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Support the team in delivering projects to the highest standard, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with constructiion.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills/abilities.
- Strong attention to detail whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
