Job Purpose
The Engineer plays a key role in delivering technical expertise for structural investigations and reporting. This position involves working closely with field teams and senior engineers to provide high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct advanced analyses and interpretations of investigation data.
Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations.
Lead or participate in on-site testing, including foundation and load testing.
Collaborate with project teams to meet client requirements.
Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Mentor and guide junior staff where appropriate.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Attributes:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field)
Solid understanding of structural investigation techniques and standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, report writing, and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel and occasionally work on-site
Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD)
Desirable Skills and Attributes:

Progress toward professional accreditation (e.g., ICE or IStructE)
Experience with structural monitoring or advanced testing techniques
