What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare insightful performance reports.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain seamless communication across all departments and with customers.
  • Update customer pricing and onboard new customers proactively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Customer Services & Telesales for optimal workflow.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for your team.
  • Recommend and implement initiatives to boost customer retention and engagement.
  • Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Prepare essential reports for sales and operations meetings.
  • Represent Customer Services at key sales meetings.
  • Provide expertise in order processing and system problem-solving.
  • Ensure daily call sheets are completed and maintain high service levels for key accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a busy SOP office with telesales and customer service activities.
  • GCSE education (Grade B in English and Maths) or GCSE ‘A’ level education.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and effective time management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work outside of scheduled hours as needed.
