HGV Class 2 Driver (Part-time Night)

Temporary HGV Class 2 Driver (Part-time NIGHTS) starting ASAP

Temporary Part-time NIGHT HGV Class 2 Driver required for Waste Management Company based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire area.

Due to a period of Medical leave my client is looking to add an experienced HGV Tanker Driver, ideally with experience in the Waste Management and Tankering industry to their existing team. If no previous experience, training can be given.

The position shall be for 6-8 weeks as cover for an existing driver who will be requiring medical leave.

Duties to include, amongst other duties, the following:

Driving a tanker (new automatic Truck) to and from sites, operating around London and the surrounding areas, supporting the ground team.

Typically working hours will be from 8pm with the finishing time varying but usually between 5am and 8am.

Requirements -

• Full, clean, UK HGV Class 2 driving licence
• Must be capable of working as part of a team, in addition to being able to work alone depending on the requirement of each individual project.
• Great rates of pay and immediate start available for the right candidate.
• Previous experience in tankering desirable
• Must have experience in driving around built up areas and have strong manoeuvring abilities as some of the sites are in London.

Paying 20/hr , paid weekly.

Please note this is not a full time position and shall be suitable for someone looking to work anywhere from 2 to 4 shifts a week.
