New Permanent Opportunity with Busy Kitchen - Day Shift's 9am - 6pm
Our client in the Welwyn area of Hertfordshire is recruiting a Sous Chef for their popular farmshop cafe and restaurant and which has casual dining and serves breakfast, lunches and afternoon teas. The restaurant is open from 9am to 6pm seven days a week and you will work 5 days from 7. Occasional evenings may be required for events. This is a great role for someone looking for straight shifts.

The Role
- Working in busy restauarnt Kitchen using all fresh produce
- Preparing light and main meals for casual dining menu
- Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef
The Person
- You will already be an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong communication skills
- Experience of working in busy fast paced fresh food kitchen
