About the Role

We are working with a leading UK-based company offering a diverse range of authentic World Food and Drink products, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We are supporting them to find an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of their B2B Customer Services and Inside Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient processes.
  • Communicate promotions, handle customer queries, and process orders accurately.
  • Support stock management and assist with training.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and proactively onboard new customers.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and prepare necessary reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in telesales/ inside sales and customer service.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • GCSEs (Grade B in English and Maths) or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective time management.
