The Role:
As a Civil Technician, you'll be part of an experienced and supportive team, taking responsibility for producing infrastructure models and drawings to support the successful delivery of a wide range of projects. You'll work closely with engineers, using CAD and BIM tools to develop detailed technical designs and ensure that all work is delivered to high standards and in line with industry codes and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure and flood management schemes
- Create and maintain technical drawings and 3D models using CAD and BIM software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects effectively
- Ensure work is compliant with health, safety, and environmental policies
- Maintain quality records and contribute ideas to help improve design solutions
- Attend internal design reviews and manage your own workload to meet project deadlines
- Take ownership of your personal development, including CPD

- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software
- A strong understanding of civil engineering principles
