This position involves working closely with field teams and senior engineers to provide high-quality deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct advanced analyses and interpretations of investigation data.Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations.Lead or participate in on-site testing, including foundation and load testing.Collaborate with project teams to meet client requirements.Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Mentor and guide junior staff where appropriate.Person SpecificationEssential Skills and Attributes:Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field)Solid understanding of structural investigation techniques and standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, report writing, and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel and occasionally work on-siteProficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD)Desirable Skills and Attributes:Progress toward professional accreditation (e.g., ICE or IStructE)Experience with structural monitoring or advanced testing techniquesNote: This job description outlines the general responsibilities and qualifications for the role and is subject to change as per the organization's requirements.Ready to join a growing company and make a difference?
