Customer Service Administrator
OA are currently working with a well-established organisation based in Welwyn Garden City. We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing business on a permanent basis.
- 5 days per week, 8.30am - 5pm
- £24,000
- Permanent opportunity
- Hybrid working after training – 2 days in the office
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free on-site parking
Customer Service Administrator - Main Duties:
- Handle customer & supplier queries via phone and email
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers
- Updating all relevant information on the database
- Validating bills
- Reviewing reports
- Opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects
Customer Service Administrator - Skills and Experience:
- Previous Customer Service or Administration experience
- Strong maths skills
- Customer-focused, fantastic communication skills written and verbal
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work within deadlines
- Good Excel skills
