Company Overview: A leading civil engineering firm, operating across the UK and Ireland, has experienced significant growth over the past seven years. The company is now seeking an experienced Operations and Logistics Project Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success and expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager to oversee the efficient execution of project workstreams, ensuring the effective management of resources, equipment, and personnel to facilitate the seamless delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities: ·Manage Multiple projects from start to finish ·Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets ·Coordinating logistics, including but not limited to transport, accommodation, and on-site requirements ·Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery ·Liaise with site teams and engineers to ensure projects are delivered to specification ·Ensuring all work being carried out meets health and safety standards ·Forge and maintain strong client relationships ·Prepare updates and reports for senior management and clients ·Manage a team of 3-5 technicians

Key Skills & Experience: ·Must have proven experience in logistics, resource planning and or operational management and project management ·Strong problem solving and time management skills ·Proven line management experience ·Familiarity with health and safety regulations in project environments ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills ·Proficient in project management software tools ·A certification in logistics or operations management is desirable ·Experience within the civil engineering or construction sector would be beneficial but not essential ·A Prince2 qualification is an advantage   Additional Benefits ·28 days of holiday including bank holiday ·Pension scheme ·Death in service ·Pension scheme ·Free parking on site   Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
