Job Title: Operations and Logistics Project Manager Salary: 拢35,000 - 拢45,000 per annum Location: Welwyn Garden City Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 8.30 - 5.30 pm
Company Overview: A leading civil engineering firm, operating across the UK and Ireland, has experienced significant growth over the past seven years. The company is now seeking an experienced Operations and Logistics Project Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success and expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager to oversee the efficient execution of project workstreams, ensuring the effective management of resources, equipment, and personnel to facilitate the seamless delivery of projects.
Job Responsibilities: 路Manage Multiple projects from start to finish 路Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets 路Coordinating logistics, including but not limited to transport, accommodation, and on-site requirements 路Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery 路Liaise with site teams and engineers to ensure projects are delivered to specification 路Ensuring all work being carried out meets health and safety standards 路Forge and maintain strong client relationships 路Prepare updates and reports for senior management and clients 路Manage a team of 3-5 technicians
Key Skills & Experience: 路Must have proven experience in logistics, resource planning and or operational management and project management 路Strong problem solving and time management skills 路Proven line management experience 路Familiarity with health and safety regulations in project environments 路Strong communication and interpersonal skills 路Proficient in project management software tools 路A certification in logistics or operations management is desirable 路Experience within the civil engineering or construction sector would be beneficial but not essential 路A Prince2 qualification is an advantage 聽 Additional Benefits 路28 days of holiday including bank holiday 路Pension scheme 路Death in service 路Pension scheme 路Free parking on site 聽 Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
