Job Title: Project Estimator   Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Location: Welwyn Garden City Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 8.30 - 5.30 pm

Company Overview: A leading civil engineering firm, operating across the UK and Ireland, has experienced significant growth over the past seven years. The company is now seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their team and contribute to their continued success and expansion. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager in seeking out new opportunities, developing competitive bids and negotiating contracts to drive business growth. You will also be the first point of contact for client queries and making sure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities: ·Support the senior manager in preparing project bids and quotes for large projects ·To lead on small project bids and quotes ·Provide input for contract negotiations ·Monitor existing projects for profitability and efficiency improvements ·Some onsite client visits when needed   Key Skills & Experience: ·Must be able to demonstrate experience in bidding, estimating and stakeholder engagement ·Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills ·Knowledge of Civil engineering principles ·Ability to manage multiple projects ·Excellent organisational and time management skills   Additional Benefits ·28 days of holiday including bank holiday ·Pension scheme ·Death in service ·Pension scheme ·Free parking on site   Thank you for your interest in this vacancy, which is being advertised by Smart10 Recruitment Group, who are acting as an employment agency / business.
