Customer Service Administrator required to work for a local provider. This is a full-time office-based role in Welwyn Garden City.
Working within a friendly team office environment and with free parking. This role offers opportunity to progress within the organisation.
- Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
- Annual salary equivalent is £23,500
The Role:
- Making outbound calls to customers who have equipment in their homes which require periodic servicing or repair
- Booking Services / repairs
- Speaking to elderly and / or vulnerable people
- Responding to emails
- Booking appointments
- Scheduling engineers
