Customer Service Administrator required to work for a local provider on a Temporary basis. This is a full-time office-based role in Welwyn Garden City.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Annual salary equivalent is £23,500 - £12.02 per hour

The Role:

Making outbound calls to customers who have equipment in their homes which require periodic servicing or repair
Booking Couriers/Deliveries
Responding to emails
Paper work
Updating data base
