A Customer Service Administrator who is committed to providing empathetic support and service to join our client's team based in Welwyn Garden City. You will play a key role in a team that prioritises care and understanding in every customer interaction.
The Role:- Manage outbound calls to arrange servicing or repairs.
- Ensuring customer needs are met with compassion.
- Efficiently coordinate logistics to arrange deliveries.
- Respond to emails, and handle paperwork.
- Uphold data integrity with systems, focusing on confidentiality and meticulousness.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm
- Availability - This is an ASAP start
- Driver - You must be able to drive with your own car due to location or the role.
