A fast growing client of ours in Welwyn, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator, to join their friendly head office team.

This role is perfect for who is a natural born coordinator with excellent communication skills.

You will be the person supporting the commercial sales teams - and will be the go to person for all admin relating to client accounts.

An important part of your role will also be going to meetings (with the Sales Manager) and assisting them with setting up product demo's and demonstrating how they work to clients. So you must have excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

Duties will involve:

  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone
  • Processing orders
  • Putting product demos together for clients
  • Working on new product development projects
  • Dealing with delivery issues
  • Sending invoices
  • Support the team with any administration
  • Logging information on the system
  • Responding to customers online via email
