Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £22,308 per annum
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid break)
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Job Purpose:
To provide excellent customer support by handling orders, addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and supporting process improvements in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general customer inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, such as order management, claims and returns, warranty processes, and invoicing.
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to and document customer complaints in a timely and service-oriented manner.
- Provide proactive communication with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any related queries.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customer support department.
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to support smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
