Location: Welwyn Garden City (Town Centre)Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (Dependent on Experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing inbound customer calls.
- Making outbound calls to customers.
- Resolving customer issues and providing effective solutions.
- Managing customer bookings and handling queries and enquiries.
- Responding to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Upselling products and processing orders in the system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure first-contact resolution.
- Handling escalation calls professionally.
- Providing accurate product and service information to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver a first-class service and resolve queries effectively.
