Your new roleA fantastic opportunity to support a local government organisation in the role of Duty Manager
- To ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to and report any issues to the Centre Manager/appropriate teams
- Record all accidents / incidents in line with the organisation's policies
- Where required, respond to out-of-hours alarms and emergency call-outs as keyholder
- Organising and running daily activities
- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Experience working in a similar role desirable
- Experience of planning / running structured activities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take a fair and balanced approach when resolving complaints
- Access to your own car with full driving licence and business insurance
- Flexibility to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday
- Building management experience desirable
