Your new roleA fantastic opportunity to support a local government organisation in the role of Duty Manager

  • To ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to and report any issues to the Centre Manager/appropriate teams
  • Record all accidents / incidents in line with the organisation's policies
  • Where required, respond to out-of-hours alarms and emergency call-outs as keyholder
  • Organising and running daily activities
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working in a similar role desirable
  • Experience of planning / running structured activities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take a fair and balanced approach when resolving complaints
  • Access to your own car with full driving licence and business insurance
  • Flexibility to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday
  • Building management experience desirable
