Each year, Tradewind assists multiple graduates gain entry roles in the education sector. Partnered with a popular and well run Secondary school we are continuing to source Graduates who are looking to gain school experience and become teachers of the future. These positions provide full training and paid induction days, interviews are being held after Easter usually in May and welcome applicants with all backgrounds and experience levels. While prior experience is not obligatory, a strong academic background, a flexible and confident demeanour, and a dedicated work ethic are indispensable!

The Graduate Teaching Assistant role necessitates:

- Ability to confidently and effectively engage students from diverse backgrounds.
