Atrium Recruitment is excited to represent our client, a leading M&E Contractor, in their search for a skilled and dedicated Electrician with a strong focus on installation. Our client specializes in the installation of electrical systems across domestic and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of installation projects.

Position: Electrician
Location: Hertfordshire and parts of North London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

Install electrical systems in both domestic and commercial properties, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute electrical installations.
Perform wiring, cabling, and the installation of electrical equipment such as lighting, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
Ensure all installations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project completion and integration.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior electricians and apprentices.

Requirements:

18th Edition (AM2)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
In-date JIB/ECS card
Testing and Inspection (2391) certification
Proven experience in electrical installation within both domestic and commercial environments.
Strong understanding of electrical installation standards and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
