Cyber Risk Operation Analyst

Role:
The work involves support the day-to-day operations of the Cyber Risk team.
- Overseeing various trackers for resourcing, projects and stakeholder management.
- Tracking meeting actions and maintaining the action log.
- Organizing team meetings on a monthly or fortnightly basis.
- Assisting with the administration and upkeep of SharePoint repositories and Confluence pages.
- Supporting the induction process for new joiners.
- Assisting Technology colleagues with queries related to cyber risk management and control design/implementation.
- Monitoring data quality and developing impactful and actionable data visualizations through risk reporting, analysis, and optimization.
- Compiling and distributing weekly reports, updates and preparing ad hoc reports as needed.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure data is production-ready while performing user acceptance testing.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure visualizations are fit for purpose and insightful. Gathering user feedback and identifying necessary changes.

- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

- Skilled in deriving insights from data and creating new visualizations.
- Good to have skills: JIRA, Tableau, and Excel VBA, complex pivot tables, and slicers.
- Previous experience in Cyber Security is an added advantage.
