Regulatory Knowledge:Understanding of statutory regulations related to engineering, construction, and buildings. Broad understanding of different forms of contract.
Safety Regulations:Conversant with Asbestos, Fire Safety, and Health & Safety regulations and codes of practice.
Customer Focus:Experience in a customer-focused environment with a strong understanding of client customer care.
