My client, a house builder,are looking to recruit a Customer Care Operative. Reporting to the Customer Service team you will be providing customers with an efficient, accurate and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Carrying out joinery / making good remedial work
- Reporting and correcting minor faults
- Effectively representing the brand when working in customer homes, ensuring customers are happy with repairs carried out
- Regularly communicating and collaborating with the office team, contractors and suppliers
- Keeping admin up to date / effectively utilising appropriate IT and CRM systems
- Identifying and highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role providing customers with an efficient, accurate and high-level quality service and have knowledge of the house building process.
Key Skills
- Ideally you will have a building trade background
- Comfortable working at height, and using ladders safely
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively while unsupervised
- You will have access to a company van so having a full UK driving license will be essential.
