Position Overview

As our Recruitment Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming our recruitment operations. You will assess, review, and refine our existing processes, integrating technology solutions—particularly those leveraging AI—to automate tasks and improve overall efficiency. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for optimising processes and a deep interest in using AI and automation to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process & Procedure Review: Conduct thorough reviews of current recruitment operations, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Automation & System Integration: Research, recommend, and implement advanced tech solutions to streamline operations, with a particular focus on AI tools that can enhance efficiency.
  • Tech Implementation: Lead the integration of new technology, including CRM tools, and automation platforms, to improve time and resource management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop data-driven reports and insights to measure the success and report back to business Director.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants, and Finance Manager, to understand operational needs and ensure that implemented technology aligns with business goals.
  • Training & Support: Train team members on new processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new systems.

  • Tech Enthusiast: You’re passionate about technology and have experience with the latest AI tools, software, and automation platforms.
  • Problem Solver: You enjoy identifying inefficiencies and creating innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, a Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in operations management, ideally within recruitment, or a similar environment.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation
