Helpdesk Advisor - The Details

  • £24,000 per annum + £2k bonus & potential for progression
  • Hours of work between 8.00am - 5.30pm

Helpdesk Advisor - Job Overview

  • Providing telephone and email support to customers.
  • Diagnosing and taking ownership of faults
  • Working with third party suppliers to manage new orders and faults.
  • Provisioning new and managing existing orders and maintaining existing customers, managing multiple orders.
  • Capturing and logging information accurately in our customer database.
  • Providing progress updates to key stake holders at project milestones.
  • Occasional site visits to assist with installations and diagnosing faults.
  • Raising ad-hoc invoices for department purchases working on occasion with our finance team.

Helpdesk Advisor - Skills and Experience Required

  • Must be a driver or live in WGC due to location
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to speak with all customers
  • Query resolution experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience within retail background is preferred
