Helpdesk Advisor - The Details
- £24,000 per annum + £2k bonus & potential for progression
- Hours of work between 8.00am - 5.30pm
- great holiday entitlement + bank holidays

Helpdesk Advisor - Job Overview
- Providing telephone and email support to customers.
- Diagnosing and taking ownership of faults
- Working with third party suppliers to manage new orders and faults.
- Provisioning new and managing existing orders and maintaining existing customers, managing multiple orders.
- Capturing and logging information accurately in our customer database.
- Providing progress updates to key stake holders at project milestones.
- Occasional site visits to assist with installations and diagnosing faults.
- Raising ad-hoc invoices for department purchases working on occasion with our finance team.
Helpdesk Advisor - Skills and Experience Required
- Must be a driver or live in WGC due to location
- Strong communication skills and confidence to speak with all customers
- Query resolution experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within retail background is preferred
